Born and pretty much raised in DM, IA. Drifted out to LV, NV when I was 13 years old, and spent my high school years out there. Much love to the 702 (always)! Came back out to IA for college, and I'm about finished, and sure the HELL aint ready to grow up...HA

Started writing for fun, showed it to a few friends, they thought it was pretty tight, so I'm sharing it with you! LOL hope you guys like it, relate to it, and actually feel it...Tired of all the bullshit music out nowadays...trying to bring a little bit of life back into HIP-HOP & Rap.

Display Case
Display Case band members came together in a basement in suburban Des Moines, Iowa, releasing their first album, "Make Your Mark" in 2012 and completing their first two national tours in 2013 & 2014. Their latest work, "Talking to Pictures", released in 2015, features their own unique musical style influenced by pop-punk, hardcore and rock with thoughtful lyrics throughout. This band is not to be missed live as their high energy performance will have you on your feet for the duration. Drummer Joey pounds out a grunge influenced beat with Charlie on bass and John sharing his gift on lead guitar. Lead vocalist, Jordan, gives his all relentlessly night after night.
Consisting of nine members from varying backgrounds, LAV.ISH reframes the contour of what it means to be a creative collective. Formed in the summer of 2017 as fresh college graduates with little direction, the original six members (Nim Kaufman, Carl Lane III, Logan Blosser, Brandon Herman, Ezra Graber, & Zach Schnoebelen) spent their time cooped up in a small Iowa City apartment creating the songs that would change the course of their lives. After catching the ears of life-long friends Tyler Hendershot, Lucas Brandt, and Jared Neal, the three joined the group as LAV.ISH molded into something much more than originally intended.

Their singles "Pass It Around", "Wavy Hoes", and "Sofa" garnered a large amount of attention as their SoundCloud followers and plays increased by the thousands. On May 4th of 2018, the group released their debut album "With A Dot In The Middle" on all streaming services and received high praise with immense support from listeners all around the country. As the buzz increased, so did their efforts and involvement in the Des Moines arts scene. An enterprise-like mentality of creating content, live music production, and linking up with artists around Iowa has made them a force to be reckoned with. The way it looks right now, LAV.ISH has barely scratched the surface of something much larger than they ever imagined.
