Hazer
Hazer
Hazer is a 4-piece rock band from Des Moines, IA. As a band they try not to over-complicate things, because they feel rock music shouldn’t be complicated. They play loud, high-energy, passion-infused rock music. Hazer's music comes from the heart and is not made with the intent that everyone will like it. If you’re into catchy guitar riffs, heavy-hitting drums, and leads that come from the land of outer space, you may have just found a match.
Display Case
Display Case
Display Case band members came together in a basement in suburban Des Moines, Iowa, releasing their first album, "Make Your Mark" in 2012 and completing their first two national tours in 2013 & 2014. Their latest work, "Talking to Pictures", released in 2015, features their own unique musical style influenced by pop-punk, hardcore and rock with thoughtful lyrics throughout. This band is not to be missed live as their high energy performance will have you on your feet for the duration. Drummer Joey pounds out a grunge influenced beat with Charlie on bass and John sharing his gift on lead guitar. Lead vocalist, Jordan, gives his all relentlessly night after night.
The Other Brothers
The Other Brothers
The Other Brothers are Eli Clark on guitar, vocals and harmonica, Lorenz Inez on bass, and Jason Kadiwhompus on drums.

Their business card says, “revved up rockabilly blues”—Reverbnation actually ranks them as the #1 Rockabilly band in the World. Bassist Lorenz Inez starts every show announcing the band plays “rock AND roll”. So what is it?

“What is Rock and Roll without the blues?” Eli Clark replied, taking a pensive drag on his cigarette.

“Blues is the lifeblood of rock and roll.” Lorenz interjected, “If people think rock and roll is dead—and these days it seems at the very least on life support— then it’s because it’s lost sight of the blues.”

“Besides,” Jason concluded, “labels are for critics and record companies.”

This is the latest development in a breakout year for The Other Brothers: their latest album, “Born Out Of Tune” was released in April, which led to a string of dates from Lincoln to Chicago, including appearances on Iowa Public Radio, KCWI, and a standing-room only debut at Kansas City’s legendary Westport Saloon.
Guss Royall
Guss Royall
Guss Royall is an Alt Rock band from Northeast Iowa. Having quickly gained notoriety in the top clubs in the area they've broadened their schedule to include some very successful appearances including in 2015 where they took part in Mumford & Sons' Gentlemen of the Road festival in Waverly, Iowa. Later that year they were to share the stage with Scott Weiland, but he unfortunately passed away just days before.

2018 saw Guss Royall join Waterloo Iowa’s annual celebration ‘My Waterloo Days’ at the Riverloop Amphitheater as well as being invited to play ‘The Galactic Get-Down Music Festival’ in Houston, MN.

Currently, GR has three five song LP's out: Guss Royall Side A, Guss Royall Side B, and Fate, Pride, & Bowties (all produced with Michael Cutsforth, Mix Castle Recording).

In late summer of ‘17 GR participated in their first and only ever battle of the bands hosted by Forte Studio (Boone, IA). After being judged by a board comprised of some of Iowa’s most accredited musicians and inductees of the Iowa Rock ‘n’ Roll Hall of Fame, they won. The prize was a fully produced album free of charge, which is currently in the final stages of production and due to be released in late 2018.

The goal is to get new music out and be heard! High energy live performances are their strong suite and they’d love the chance to play for you! If you'd like to hear Guss Royall's music, you can find all current recording's including a live recording from 2015 at Spicoli's Rockade on YouTube, Spotify, iTunes, etc.

Keep an eye out for New Music, coming soon. Until then, catch Guss Royall live throughout Iowa and the Midwest fine tuning their craft, putting out good vibes in hope of getting them good vibes in return.
